Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Will be providing solution by Remote Infrastructure
support delivery through remote
desktop connectivity applications.
2.The job involves Server monitoring, Workstation/Hardware
monitoring, Network monitoring,
backup monitoring for corporate clients and manage
relationship with clients.
3. SPOC for each and every business critical issue and
resolve technical issues through
Incident Management System.
