2. Answer calls and assess customer's technical support needs ·

3. Resolve customer issues, or escalate when necessary ·

4. Follow-up on issues and inform customer about the status ·

5. Provide system administration or product support · Support other team members on

difficult calls ·

6. Log issues and all customer contacts into the customer database, translate end-user

business needs into working solutions and 6. provide technical resolutions ·

7. Willing to work in night shifts ·

8. Basic knowledge in technical concepts like ISP, LAN,Operating Systems, TCP/IP ·
