Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring of the customer network within defined SLA

2. Notifying the customer and internal stakeholders of the fault and the impact to the network

3. Initial diagnosis of faults- Validation of alarms.

4. Interaction with other Technical and Incident Management teams in C&W.

Key Skills:

1. Good at self-learning and quick learner

2. Basic Networking knowledge (exposure ot Cisco networking preferable)- OSI Layer, TCP/IP Suite, Basic Routing and Switching.

3. Working knowledge of desktop applications (Windows operating systems, internet browsers, office and mail applications)

4. Methodical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

5. Able to prioritize the work during the pressure situation and should be self-drive to look for the solution.
