1. minimum 3 of  years of experience in L2 support.

2. Good Exposure to Team modules like Editor, Workflow, Web Editor, Administrative

Tools, Integrations.

3. Knowledge on Database servers and multisite environment.

4. Good Knowledge of SLA.

5. Ability to interact with the end users to resolve support cases.

6. Ability to interact with the customer to understand their business needs.

8. Exposure to Oracle/SQL.
