Roles and Responsibilities of Job

1. Design, develop, unit-test, and integrate Layer3 and SON software in a multi-threaded environment.

2. Candidate must Understand and implement high-level customer requirements and translate those into high-quality design and implementation in a time-critical fashion.

3. Work with integration teams to explain implementation and troubleshoot issues.

4. Be able to function both independently as well as function as part of a larger team.

5. Adhere to all development standards, processes, and procedures, including configuration

management.

6. Work with SIT teams to explain implementation and troubleshoot issues.

7. Be able to function both independently as well as function as part of a larger team.

8. Adhere to all development standards, processes, and procedures, including configuration

management.

Candidate Profile for this post:

1. Candidates should possess BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA from any recognized university

2. Strong experience in protocol stack software development.

3. LTE Layer3 experience, particularly SON, RRM and RRC, highly desirable.

4.Strong C and C++ skills.

5. Experience with OAM, TR.196 highly desirable

6. Strong background in working with large software codebases, being able to quickly understand the implementation and enhance algorithms and features as well as debug existing software.

7. Strong knowledge of Linux user-space programming

8. Excellent communication skills and Strong analytical skills
